GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. Quotations are valid for 30 days.

2. The services will be invoiced each time after completion of part of the order, and this on the basis of the different services as stated in the quotation. In the case of global consultancy assignments, an advance invoice of 50% will be drawn up. The balance will be invoiced immediately after the end of the service provision.

3. All costs for the service indicated include administrative and domestic travel expenses.

4. PitchPoint's services are a commitment to best efforts and not an obligation to achieve results.

5. If a project is cancelled after acceptance of the quotation by the customer, the services already provided will be charged on the basis of the internal timesheet and the applicable consultant's rate, with a minimum of 25% of the total of the quotation.

6. The invoices will be paid by the customer on 30 days after the invoice date, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

7. In the event of non or late payment, interest of 1% per month on the unpaid amount will be due with a minimum of 50 euros.

8. PitchPoint may suspend all current supplies of services in the event of non-payment, even if other contracts are involved. 

9. In the context of the execution of an assignment, PitchPoint will have access to the customer's data. PitchPoint commits itself not to disclose any confidential information of any kind (financial, commercial, technical, strategic or know-how, etc.) to third parties during the term of this agreement and after its termination. The same applies to business secrets, the customer's activities, and the information of which he would have become aware as a result of or in connection with the performance of the present agreement. Each Party shall take the necessary steps to maintain the confidentiality of the above information.

10. PitchPoint has the right to disclose the name of the purchaser, the nature of the service provided and the final results as a reference to other customers, without prejudice to Article 9.

11. Our PitchPoint sales conditions are applicable and take precedence over all other stipulations originating from the buyer, unless we have expressly agreed in writing.

12. If any provision of these General Sales Conditions is declared invalid, unlawful or void, it shall in no way affect the validity, legality and applicability of the other provisions.

13. All our agreements are governed by Belgian law. In the event of any disputes, the courts of the district of Leuven are exclusively competent.
