Digital communication and service agency Springbok announced that they will take over marketing automation specialist Rise+Shine.
"Thanks to the acquisition of Rise+Shine, Springbok brings strategic and technological marketing automation knowledge to the group," explains Kim Verhaeghen. "This enables us more than ever to build fully integrated digital ecosystems for our customers, from strategy to execution. Rise + Shine will continue to operate under its own name".
Rise + Shine was founded in 2015. In 3 years time, the agency has grown to a turnover of 1.8 million and a team of 20 people. Rise + Shine has brands such as Burger King, Quick, D'Ieteren, Brico, Tom&Co, Brantano, Siemens, Edenred, AXA, vacature.com, Accent Jobs and Brussels South Charleroi Airport among its customers.
