Intracto acquires the marketing consultancy company Luon and adds extra knowledge in the field of customer relationship marketing to the group. Also subsidiary company Raak, specialist in marketing automation, joins the group. After these acquisitions Intracto counts 250 employees.
Luon's expertise covers the entire spectrum of digital, direct and social marketing, with relevant content and data as key building blocks. The company focuses on valuable interactions between brands and their users, with strategies based on thorough data analysis.
Raak has specialized in combining data and content within the domains of marketing automation, inbound marketing and e-mail marketing.
The acquisition will also bring many international customers such as Unilever, Essity, Stichting Tegen Kanker, Upfield, Carglass and Alken Maes to the group.
After Herentals and Antwerp, Mechelen will be the third Belgian operating base for Intracto, next to their office in 's-Hertogenbosch (NL). Both Luon and its subsidiary Raak will continue to work under their own names. The entire management of both companies will also remain on board.
