Proximus optimizes its Silk ecosystem

Proximus announces a new step in its 'ongoing commitment to digital innovation and an improved consumer experience'. The advertiser is integrating Springbok into its ecosystem and is strengthening its collaboration with WPP by employing the services of Hogarth.

Thus, the BU Production of the British group joins Silk, alongside FamousGrey and EssenceMediacom. WPP will also be responsible for the 'performance marketing' of paid advertising. Springbok, on the other hand, will be responsible for everything to do with unpaid advertising. This will be done in close collaboration with Silk, to enhance the direct marketing campaigns (emails, push messages, etc.) and to provide data-driven strategies.

Proximus points out the crucial role of PitchPoint throughout the entire procedure for selecting the most relevant agencies.
